[ Quiet and Watchful ]

Safira is not the most conversational cat and will usually keep quiet during most interactions with other felines, not wanting to interrupt others or to even really use her voice. This doesn't mean she's not listening or watching her surroundings. In fact she pays a bit too much attention, one can almost feel her eyes on them at all times. It's great for hunting at least.

Even though she's quite quiet and often seems meek or like a pushover, she won't hesitate to call anyone on their faults or mistakes if they don't want to acknowledge them. There's no way she'll let you get away with saying anything about anyone and she'll openly speak her mind if she feels she needs to.

Despite her love of food and of other felines, she's rather picky about both of these things. She's also pretty flippant on her reasons for liking a certain thing or for what she likes even at all, it's quite annoying for those around her. She won't back out of something she's already agreed upon but it doesn't mean she's not probably thinking about it sometimes.

For all her flaws and general unwillingness to communicate through words, Safira tries her best to make sure that others around her are safe and comfortable. Her sister especially is someone that Safira will gladly spend a lot of time comforting if she needs to, whether with actions or with words.

Background Information

For as long as Safira could remember, her and her sister had been alone.

Immediately dumped upon their birth by their parents, it didn't really matter who they were in the end. Whether they be from the human cities or even the wilds, they had been quickly left for dead. For whatever reason their parents had, Safira did not care. All she really remembered of them was them walking away and then waiting with her sister, crying into the night.

They had no one but each other, and Safira was not about to leave her sister for anything.

Try as they could, it's difficult for two essentially newborn babies to live in the wild, sure they were at least an age they could learn to thrive but it was still difficult. There were times where it was difficult but it was those when Safira learned to thrive, learned to hunt even the foods she didn't like. It was when she learned to pay respect to the prey that she had no intention of eating because it was either too gamey or tasted weird. She'd give it to Sierra, and leaving behind whatever was left for some passerby who needed a meal. She liked the small things the most, rabbits and boars were her go to, even as she tried she couldn't shake her dislike for other preys, only eating when Sierra forced her to.

The two sisters travelled as far as the could, eventually stumbling upon a few strangers. Others who looked like them and one who did not. She was what the others called a 'snow leopard', she was odd and Safira was not afraid to say it. She would stick with her sister no matter who appeared though and it seemed she wanted to stick with this strange female.

So they continued to travel, eventually ending up in a place unlike they'd seen before. With many, many cats they'd never seen before.
