i know Asriel is already in Underverboten, but this Flowey is actually made by Altrophys when she uh.. practice something

she turned a flower into a human, but didn't realise she made a troublemaker

Underverboten Flowey can shape shift into any Gods or Goddesses, just to trick and lie to them and destroy their relationships, but in the end Rohades always finds out and Zhira or Satdow would be the ones to punish him in hell

the first God he ever pranked is Rohades, but those times are when he's souless, so not much of his pranks hurt him much -w-

it was until after he was human again, Flowey acted like Rohades to trick Quella, which is when he punished him for a long time and saying he will face consequences if he keeps acting like him or the others, which Flowey doesn't care
