some commissions for use as examples for future commissions! can't say i've ever drawn a sphinx before so this was really good fun

Awesome! A great interpretation of a traditional Grecian sphinx in your drawing style, with a few little touches of your own (the furry ears suit her). Your treatment of her bosom (as per traditional depictions) is admirably subtle and restrained (i.e. not the main focus of the drawing - unlike some of the stuff that tends to crop up on dA). Her pose is a nice mixture of human and animal body language. I would love to see more of this character.

thank you so much! this is actually someone else's design so i can't take any credit for that, but i did try to keep her proportions more believable. i did have a lot of fun drawing a sphinx though so perhaps more will come in the future
