Remember that kid who made that New Year's resolution exactly one year ago that he wanted to join a gym and start working out? He would get together with a group of friends and classmates and they would all spot each other and help one another in the gym. Well, it's exactly one year later now, and you may wonder what happened to him? Well... Here he is! He's gotten a bit bigger, showing off this thick, big arms with all those bulging biceps and triceps. Broad shoulders, ripped abs, bulging pecs and large quads and calves have followed. Anyway, here he is, showing off his progress after one year of consistently working out in the gym after school!
