My main crit is that her arm is too short, and her hand is too small. Also, the feet both look a little bit awkward. I think the boots are uneven, and the leg to our left is definitely a bit longer at the calf/lower leg than the other, and its a bit disproportional. For that angle they shouldn't have come to rest along the same line, which is where your mistake came in. Lovely cell shading, lovely coloring, I love the simple background.
