I actually don't even know how to run. I just keep going forward for a while and eventually someone gives me a medal.

It comes with practice. ^^ When I see how some people run sometimes, I wanna facepalm my head inside out... but then I remember that I could run even worse before I started practicing regularly a couple years ago.
