Description
Ryuu: -Walking down the street in awe of the huge Earth Kingdom city when suddenly he hears an ear piercing scream coming from nearby.  He turns and sees a girl about to get attacked by an Ostrich Horse.  He rummaged throuh his bag and found a rotton slab of mea.  He threw it over the Ostrich Horse's head-
Ostrich Horse: -Snaps at the rotton meat as it flies through the air and takes off chasing it-
Ryuu: C'mon, let's go while it's distracted. -Ryuu takes the girl's hand and led her away into an alley-
Girl: T-thanks. -trying to catch breath- (Who is this guy?)
Ryuu:No problem, name's Ryuu, are you okay?
Girl: Yeah, my name's Yuki, and you're a travler aren't you?
Ryuu: Kinda, how'd you guess?
Yuki: -Looking at his dirty dusty clothes, and almost empty rucksack-  Lucky guess?  Anyways, what're you doing around here?
Ryuu: Just looking for a place to stay, and possibly a job.  I think I might stay in this city for a while it seems pretty nice here.  Well, minus the rabid Ostrich Horses. -he laughed-
Yuki: -giggles- Hm... oh, I know!  I know the perfect place! C'mon! -She grabbed Ryuu by the hand, and started running down the alley into the street and soon ended up in front of a shop called "The Jasmine Dragon"-
Ryuu: -Staring up at the sign- The Jasmine Dragon?
Yuki: Yup, the owner of this place is really nice. -Walks into the shop with Ryuu- Hey, good afternoon Mushy! -She waved at the old man serving tea in the shop-
Iroh: -Turns around- Ah, my favorite customer!  Welcome back, and good afternoon to you too!  -Sees Ryuu-  And who's this young fellow?  Is he your boyfriend?
Yuki: N-no! -Blushing- No way!  He's not my boyfriend! -Attempting to hide her face-
Ryuu: -Laughs a bit-
Iroh: Haha, I'm only teasing.
Yuki: -Does the "Not funny!" Pout- You're so mean Mushy.  Anyways, Ryuu here is perfect for the job!
Iroh: What job?
YukiL Didn't you tell me that you had an opening here, and that it included boarding too?
Iroh: When did I say that?
Yuki: Last week.
Iroh: I must be getting old then, I don't remember ever saying anything like that.
Yuki: Aww, sorry Ryuu, I guess I misheard what he said.
Ryuu: It's all right Yuki, I'll just find somewhere else, I did just get here afterall.
Hm... -Examines Ryuu- All right, you're hired.
Ryuu+Yuki: Really?!
Ryuu: Thank you Mr. Mushy!
Iroh: Haha, you're welcome, and please call me Uncle.
Ryuu: Okay, thank you Uncle Mushy!
Later after talking with Uncle Mushy for a bit and being introduced to Lee
Iroh: It's getting late, you should probably go wash up and go to bed.  You start work tomorrow.  The bathroom is upstairs and to the left.
Ryuu: All right. -Gets up- And thank you again Uncle.
Iroh: No problem -He smiled until Ryuu was upstairs and out of sight-
Zuko: -Walks past with a stack of dirty dishes- I don't trust him Uncle, and I don't think you do either.
Iroh: We all have our secrets Zuko -Walks away to close shop and clean up-
