Oh look, after 300+ comics, this is FINALLY being explained!

In my defense, I take "show, don't tell" very seriously. (Until the last chapter but at this point, the "tell" is pretty needed. The SSEC lore is deep and we have only scratched the surface of it) Plus like, I hide the dark lore in dumb comedy so literally only eagle eyed people know what is going on oops.

In the past 300 comics, there have been instances where the main cast's eyes glow. The only one we see frequently display these traits are Blizz, but all the main boy eeveelutions have shown this trait at some point. The earliest being Vay in page 24. This thing, their abilities, and the things that have happened to them were all planned since before the comic started uploading weekly. Yeah, They were experimented on is the main gist of it. But Everything is not how it seems. There is more to it than them just being sent to the lab by Harmony, and the comics show that fact to people who dig for it.

The main criticism I see about SSEC is that people just, dont know whats going on, and it has no plot. Well. That's actually done on purpose. I dont put much focus on explaining all of these deep lore elements cause... SSEC is supposed to be a stupid over dramatic comic about eevees/eeveelutions. The comics itself hide secrets, covered in comedy, or drama. What the characters say, how they act, what they do, from the early comics till now, they all have a purpose. There is a reason why everything is like the way it is, but those reasons wont be brought into the forefront until later, or will just never be directly stated.

As an example. This chapter we have seen Daisy and Rodger's room. If you look at it, it is really different from all the other settings we have seen in the comic so far. Far more furnished and colorful, a stark contrast to Blizz and Eve's room, that looks almost barren. There is a reason in universe that it is like this, and no, its not me being lazy with backgrounds. If you paid attention to things characters have said in previous chapters, you'll get a hint as to why it might be like that.

Not writing all of this to address criticism. Just explaining some things about SSEC's structure in general cause this page seems like a good place to do that.

All in all, SSEC is made in a way that people can read and enjoy the comic without knowing about all the lore, and that'll prolly stay that way till farrrr down the line

Also... I am not sorry for all of the fart jokes and there will be more.
