heard that song "und wenn ein Lied" ("and if a song")
from the Söhne Mannheims when i was at work and i thought it was time to draw something inspired by it.

i have to mention that i loved this song since ever! it touches me deep inside whenever i hear it.

well so i doodled this up - it was my interpretation of the song because i (luckily) never lost a person near to me - but a dog.

it's so hard to make the decision to let your pet put to sleep. you feel like a murderer or something (well at least i do)

anyway this situation was the one i felt that fit to the song.

the dog on the pic is not mine, it's an old, random dog lying on a vet's desk. i didn't want to draw mine because before he died he looked much worse...
the hand that pets the dog's head is also not of a person i know. just a random old man or so. the watch on his arm should convey that the dog's time is tickin' out.

please no critics - i know there are mistakes in the pic. when i decide to color it one day then i'll correct them.
