Man, my anime sucks >_< I began doodling and the only reason it came out as (older) Chibiusa is because I made her hair kinda... come out. If you get what I mean. Unfortunately, I didn't draw the other half of her hair and was too lazy to scan the new version in, so I just cropped the whole picture.
Mmf. I'm not happy with it... but are YOU? ^__^ Constructive crit. accepted and welcomed!
