I made this awhile ago and yes it is completely taken from Spirit. Thought you'd all enjoy it anyway
In Photoshop:
Create a new layer under each line frame and color it to fit your character Merge the line layers in with the color layers Resize it to 50 x 50 pixels (you may need to change the canvas size to prevent distortion) Go under save for web > animate Change the frame rate to .1 Save and set as icon!Enjoy your eye-rolling horse!
If you want to use this but not as an icon, that is perfectly alright as well ^^ Just skip the resizing part and upload to your account, linking back to the lines
