I have pretty happy childhood memories about the first one. I don't want to see the movie again, because when I saw the second one, my childhood memories of it's excellence were ruined. Because it sucked. I almost puked at the scene where they made the statue of liberty walk. Horrible...

Some memories should just be left as memories... But the funny thing about sequel number 4's today have made me think otherwise. Rambo 4 and Die hard 4... they were pretty great. Best Rambo I've seen it was. I wonder if the fourth Indiana Jones will top the first one. It could happen, I've never been a big Indiana-fan. And wont be.

haven't seen die hard 4, rambo 4 and I dunno if I'll watch Indiana Jones 4... Sequels usually disappoint me...

That was the old days man! If the first Freddy-movie was good the second wasn't as good, the third one was bad and the fourth one was horrible crap. That was the old way how the sequels came out. Now Rambo 4 is a masterpiece among it's kind, it beats the hell out of the three earlier ones. And Die hard 4 was also very good I think. It didn't beat the first die hard I think, but came close. I personally don't like in movies nowadays how they do everything with computers and stuff like that, putting huge explosions everywhere and stuff like that, it worsens the movies. The first Die hard had just the right amount of explosions and that 80's action feeling I love. And that's why number 4 wasn't better. Whew! This became a long reply.
