Mint tends to take everything in and enjoy his surroundings. This usually gets him in a relaxed mood. Will often be seen this way.

Really happy all the time. Usually perks up at pretty much all good news being announced.
Optimistic; "Hey... Don't make such a poor comment; it's gonna make your self-esteem worse. Just imagine your pain being your body's way of improving."
The type of pony who wouldn't put anyone down, including himself. Always finds a more positive way of seeing situations. Didn't stick with this until his amputation.

One of his biggest flaws. Mostly intended, he manipulates ponies into doing what he wants them to do. He isn't aware of his father and uncle's past.

Really clumsy, mainly because of his amputated rear leg. Will cause him to crash into stuff and to trip over multiple things.

History:
- While they were dating, Flim accidentally got Aloe pregnant. They both decided to keep the foal. Flam approved of their choice. However, Lotus ended up arguing with Aloe which ended up with her leaving them. When Lotus left, Aloe fell into a depression that almost caused her to commit suicide. Flim and Flam convinced her not to, and helped cure her depression.
- As a baby, Mint got into everything. He was very curious and wanted to check everything out. He was hard to corral.
- When he was 5, Mint met Dandy and became best friends with her. The pair were insperable.
- In Ponyville Elementary, Mint met Banana Bread, a foal who had a lot of common with him. The two became friends.
- In high school, him and Banana started dating. This caused him and Dandy to drift apart, becoming more like aquaintences.
- A year after he started dating, a cart crashed into him. The injury was so serious, he was forced to amputate his hind leg. Once seeing it, Banana broke up with him in disgust because she didn't consider him perfect. Dandy comforted him, causing them to become best friends. This eventually ended up becoming a relationship.
- Four years after graduating, Dandy proposed to him.
- Five years after marriage, he found out Dandy was pregnant.
