This seems pretty nice, wish there was more of a background, but I feel like since this is a sketch it not a big deal. I do think you should have done something with the free hand since it does look somewhat awkward, but that is a nitpick.
This is a sketch after all so I don't really know how it will look once it is finished. Saying anymore seems kind of pointless due to the fact.
The only other thing I can say is be careful with the chest and neck area. I can't put my finger on it, but something looks slightly off.
