I wouldn't call Josh Runs Into Oprah an atrocity. Yeah it's bad but I don't think it's one of the worst

Megan locking drake and josh in a tree house just because their parents told her to help them rebuild the tree house that she helped to destroy instead of her going to a birthday party. and what's worse is her starving drake and josh in there, and she literally leaves them being stuck in there near the end of the episode while she's back at the house
i think the episode is by far Megan's worst episode. Worse than Peruvian Puff Pepper and Sheep Thrills

No, i do think that she's a hilarious character that does things to drake and josh that can be considered as cruel but in those other episodes she never tortured drake and josh for the sake of torturing drake and josh. and plus in Megan's First Kiss she even said that even though she gets annoyed at them, she said she loved them anyway. but in tree house, she downright starved them to death and she doesn't realize that she helped drake and josh by walking into their room and putting the part on the rocket so she is also responsible for the destruction of this kid's treehouse
