Lethnura left Damu's den after that. He needed to form his army first.
He headed down a rocky path, which would lead towards the cave of an old friend.
"Akut?" he let out a low growl. As he entered the cave, he was shocked to see a female gorilla with a son and daughter.
The mother gorilla began to beat her chest, and showcased her teeth. "Come any closer and I'll rip you into shreds!"
Lethnura looked confused. Where was Akut? He looked at the two baby gorillas. The son looked a lot like Akut, and the daughter was more or less what some members of his breed looked like.
"Are you Akut's mate?" Lethnura asked.
The gorilla became less threatening. While her daughter was still cautious, her son was excited.
"Dad is friends with a gorilla? Cool!" he said.
"What is it that you want?" the mother gorilla asked. 'Oh, and my name is Bertha. This is mine and Akut's son Thuggory and our daughter Camicazi."
"I need allies" Lethnura said.
