This is Miss Handler, another Miss Chance's old friend. (it's also an instant sketch, so I haven't color it yet) in her colored version, she is normal purple, has yellowish-brown (nearly yellow) short hair, black eyes, a pair of light blue shoes and a pair of rectangular glasses. She is very smart as well (maybe more smarter than Mr. Smart), and she can know everything and anything.
Almost forgot to tell that her hairband is blue too.

Use her if you like! But she belongs to me.
