Description
I decided to give Wally a more makeshift costume because, unlike Aquaman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Arrow, Flash isn't a billionaire or royalty and probably couldn't provide Wally with a more professional costume as their sidekicks.

Other notes: Wally would later become the new Flash as an adult after Barry retires. Impulse a.k.a. Bart Allen, who is Barry and Iris' son in this version, will become his sidekick. Wally Flash would also be the one to disappear in the Crisis on Infinite Earths event, leading his younger brother Daniel West to name his son Wallace West after him. Wallace would resemble the New 52 Kid Flash, who will become Bart's sidekick once Bart becomes the new Flash after Wally.
Oh, Wally would also briefly have a relationship with Artemis when he joins the Titans, but the end goal is with Linda Park.
