T H I S is a Redesign FINALLY. So FIRST OF ALL i fixed the icky situation with the legs. I had kept it mostly the same but changed so the feet were ew looking and more bird like. Im all for more humanoid Pokemon!! I had also put a talon on the back of the legs for more bird quality. I toned down the design of the tail cuz i sorta hated it but still kept the fan. And the hands bothered me so now they are colored more to look like theyre fans. And the head poof i made a bit smoller up top.
