Most of those icons are ports of Jimmac's gnome *nix icons. I see a mix of Ximian South, and unscaleable gorilla. The black and white icons in the systray and quiclaunch are OSX notification area licons.

Few questions, hope it's not too nosey..
What icons are you using for a) quicklaunch; b)my computer, network places and trash? Plus, what buttons did you reshack IE with?
It looks very cool, one of the definate advantages of XP is the ability to shadow things like that. Everything looks real clean. Nice one.
