I love Donna! I just like Rose as a love interest more y'know? I think Rose was kinda whiny, but it was like how a girlfriend whines to her boyfriend (take into account that Doctor does his fair share of whining too). I loved Donna as a companion though; she was brilliant. And yes, I will have to agree that Jack is the best.
