This is the concept for a character already known by a particular artist which I'd enjoy doing it. If he's too busy, or just doesn't want to, then I'll try to find someone else. Because.... I epicly fail at this sort of thing, and I'd butcher it. Trust me.....

P.S. her "boobs" really aren't that big, I was just trying to make it obvious that it isn't one of those tube-tops that ONLY covers them..... It goes down farther... just a bit.

Any additions you can suggest would be greatly appreciated, since I suck at fashion/etc. xD
