When you add the Deviation, you allways get the menu for submitting prints.
You can also open the deviation and click on Submit Print in the menu on the left.
It's not necessary to submit this as a print, but maybe some one wants to buy it ^^ hehe

I think anyone can make any deviation available as a print--then dA won't actually create and mail the print until someone buys it--at which point dA takes a certain percentage of the profit.
