loved her, not as much as discord, but thats because i just love his personal style.
When it comes to design, chrysalis has him beat. She also reminds me very much of a Disney style villain.

I have not seen a better villain sense Dr. Robotnik of the early Sonic comic series. This one is now waaaay up there on that list.

I cannot agree more with this!
But (I'm not entirely sure I'd have to watch it again) it seems like the Changelings are more like parasites and were trying to survive, Dr Robotnik was accepted by the Mobians and still chose to be evil and turn them all to robots. So I think Dr Robotnik is still the scariest, evilest villian I've seen. On the other hand Chrysalis beat Celestia so it's hard to compare that.
