This is a gift art for my friend which is loooooonnnggg overdue... sorry for the delay bro but i hope its worth the wait.
I also chose this concept for two reasons. I think fallen titan would understand how MJ's supporting Spidey relates to his life now. 
She's a strong gal who's always supports Peter with his crimefighting mission and always there to care for him when he gets home all bruised up. Without her, Spiderman juz aint the same.
Which brings us to the other reason why i chose this concept. I would like say that i LOVED Spidey when he was still with MJ and not have this BND crap that's going on right now. I hate it and hate all the stupid loopholes and mistakes they're doing... and i miss MJ too... the original one and not Crackpot.
No references. Wanted to do pencils for a change but once i scanned the lineart, it looked crappy so, rendered digitally.
Anybody wanna color this, feel free! Juz credit me.

The b&w works really well + looks dead realistic, nice style on that! Just watch Spidey's anatomy: the really low crotch makes it look a bit like he has short legs and his extended arm has a slightly strange shape on the forearm. It's a wonderful style though, you've got great reflective shading on Spidey.

I dig your newfound love for backgrounds. They add to your work so much! This needs to be colored in so bad! I would have taken it on now if I didn't have so much to do already. Anyway, great job.

You don't need to. I have made this mistake. I assume that the BG has to have as much detail as the character and I've ended up with an overkill!
