Ah, now this brings back memories. And it's about time Gadget was able to make a collar. Seriously, I wish the folks back in the day hadn't gone to town with amping his incompetence.

Well it was a different time back then, always remember that. I still think back to when I loved the original Ninja Turtles, and now I cant stop shaking my head and wondering what the hell I was thinking. Same thing with power rangers, Thunder Cats and Bucky 'O' Hair. But its fun to play with the what if, now that were older and able to make fan art and treat it as if were playing with are toys in the sand box.
P.S.: interesting note, the guy who did the art for Inspector Gadget is the same guy who did the art for The Fifth Element.
