so This is my new OC villain Agent E known as Galactor

I inspired my character to my cousin Elias in real life, even i inspired this too, from the movie called "Men In Black" I just like it but I saw it in VHS tape, the First and Second film
Don't forget, that He doesn't uses any weapons, He only uses his superpowers, It's ALL of it, Which means he comes with these Power Crystals attrached to his gloves
He can create and control elements like Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, Ice and Storms... Included that he can grab some powers to the other heroes
so I hope you guys like it X3
