Its Lea. I know everyone has said it so many times but its Lea (pronouned Lee). It is a universal name for boys and girls, like Jamie or Johnny.

She's not really XIV; Her membership was a lie since she was just a tool for them. Xion is "No. i", "i" as in the imaginary number. It's connected to how she's not really part of the Organization or an actual Nobody.

In Japanese script, they don't have a L sound, and 'e' sounds like 'ay' as in say.
So in Japanese it would be RI-A, which is the closest they can get to Lea.
The English spelling is Lea.
