I WILL submit some art soon. For now, have some more stamps.While I am aware that Robotnik was always "Eggman" in Japan, I refuse to acknowledge that. Way to go, new-generation Sonic.

Well, yes.
AoStH's version of Robotnik is indeed not Eggman.
The videogame version on the other hand... Well, there's that whole business of Eggman always having been his alias even predating Sonic Adventure, in Japan at least. Either way, it's just a name- He's the same lovable villain no matter what you call him.

People here find "Eggman" synonymous with the Sonic games' descent into awfulness. Poor, poor "Eggman."

I guess I associate the name Eggman with "Videogame Robotnik", both classic and modern styled. Whether he wears his cape/shoepants or his modern jacket, "Eggman" is the one with the blue pince-nez glasses as opposed to the black-hole eyes, from my perspective.

Thanks for making this I was mad when they started calling Robotnik Eggman back in Sonic Adventure and I hate the fact they call him Eggman, Robotnik sounds more evil and we can thank Sega for screwing up his name.

For me, I grew up with the U.S. comic books, so it's the total opposite with me.
I'm also a bit annoyed with the "SonAmy" shippers out there for that particular reason, but that's my problem.

That one's more goofy comedy.. the other's a lot darker (for the most part) and has a more serious storyline, like the comics. oh man, nostalgia - I read those comics religiously for years. I keep meaning to go look for back issues so I can pick up where I left off...
I've actually never played any of the more recent games, though.. >.>
