Can you tell us what the misty white haze is over the upper half of this image ?? intentional or not ?? i for one would rather not see it , interferes with the natural ( beautiful ) skin color of this heartbreaker .

The haze is intentional. It's a gradient layer. Without it, I felt the shadows were too harsh, and it helps soften the skin as well. It's just an aesthetic that I'm into right now. Who knows, 6 months from now I might now like it anymore. But I see it a lot in fashion shots and also I've taken some influence from a fellow Texas photographer named Julian Humphries. I like it because I'm very fascinated with light and I like how it seems as if the light is wrapping around the model. But not everyone is going to agree with me. I've learned to accept this fact.

Carlotta has actually been in Playboy's side publications at least a half dozen times I think. I asked her why she hadn't been an actual playmate. She said Playboy isn't looking for experienced girls who've already been discovered, they're too busy looking for complete amateurs. Wtf?

The funny thing is, I took her to a bar after the shoot where she wore jeans and a t-shirt. Nobody even looked at her twice. Just goes to show that you never know what a woman is hiding!
