May I ask how you set up the lighting/ skin shader/ textures? o.o Realistic skin is a huge pain by itself, in any application, but considering there's no SSS in Octane, this is extremely well done!

Umm hdri lighting, the skin was just a flat texture with a little bit of reflection I think, no sss. Mostly just the dof and lighting/camera curve that make it look ok lol

I'm an artist of sorts and I can ONLY draw the female form, mostly because I have my own body as a model, and no guy to model for me, but I'm no where near this good at making it perfect!! I realize it's digital but still!

Faces are more important than bodies 
Same with drawing, I can get most of it right, just not the face
Not sure how much time I spent on it. Probably a few hours+ even though I have a short attention span.
You should take life drawing classes, they are awesome fun, usually get some dude models

Probably why I didn't take the modeling job offered to me.
I was worried that I'd too quickly grow to despise it
and then I'd already be change, stuck on the money, etc
I'm glad I didn't
because while that means I'm stuck here, I get to do what I want with my hair and make up
I get to decide what I wear and where I go and what I'm doing any given day

lol mostly you start with 5 minute sketches, it sounds like a lot but you barely have time to breathe. Pretty hectic. I'm super shy, and blush really easily and have a social anxiety thing, so it sucked for me
