Ooh, eerie. I like the "old photo" look to this. Makes you wonder what's happening, and what's about to happen.

I get a sense of sadness from this as well. It seems to be saying that, by standing still and not showing emotion, society is in a state of decay. I could be wrong but that's my interpretation.
