Rendering with Iray!Swidhelm's free Alien model. Managed to get a great deal more detail out of it than when using 3Delight, by applying the default Iray base shader, then selecting 'Base Bump' in the surfaces channel and altering the value to maximum. This appears to take the textures which otherwise look 'painted on' and make them look like the surface detail they should be.
A test render of assets for my fan-film project.
