Orm the former King of the lost city of Atlantis and half brother of Aquaman. The two shared a mother. When Arthur came to Atlantis, Orm revealed he was Arthur brother. Orm imprisoned Arthur as he was a threat to Orm throne. Arthur would soon escape the prison, and return to the surface becoming the hero Aquaman.
Inraged at Arthur escape Orm appeared to the surface declaring that if they did not return Aquaman that Atlantis would invade. Little did Orm know that there were more heroes like Aquaman. Aquaman and the Justice league defeat the invaders and Arthur became King due to him being the closest relation to Orm.
Orm was imprisoned in the same prison he had sent his brother to a year before.
