Always when you, or other person (like commissions, art trade, etc) use the character (and the clothes) must give me the credit for the creation;

You can buy to give as a gift to a friend, but tell me first;
You can trade the adopt, but you can't resell it;
The clothes are part of the adoptavel, you can not trade them separately;
You can't edit the traits of adoptable (Small changes as color variations are okey);
If you break any rule will lose the right of the adoptable.
Terms of Use:
When you buy a adopt from me you receive the right to personal use of the character, not commercial. Commercial licenses are not available for adopts;
You can upload you adopt in you stash and also on other websites, but it is extremely necessary that in the description you give me the credit for the art and creation of the character, link back my DA account. If the adopt was made in a base, is necessary that you give the credit for the base too. If the adopt is a original species is necessary that you give the credit for the owner of the species.

You can choose the gender of adoptable.
You can give new hairstyles and clothes for the adoptable.
When you buy a adopt from me you receive the individual version/drawing from the adopt via note.
