Description
You know how most magpies pair up and get all territorial, and usually just chase the hell out of any other interloper magpie? Yeah.
Then you get the Croydon Crew. Or as I like to call them, the Garbage Gang. I don't even think I caught them all in this shot. I'm sure there's more just hanging around somewhere...
I do most of my Pokemon Go exercise and catching at night, seeing as I work nightshift, but between the library and the nearest shops, is the G-crew. I reckon they're all rejects from some territory or another, that have just ended up hanging together. I call them the Garbage Gang because they hang out near the dumpsters of one of the big supermarket chains, and they all seem to enjoy sitting around the thing just smelling it. And this is one of the walls. At night. The whole area is very well lit up, not just here, so it could be why these hobos (and about the same number of ravens) all enjoy bin sniffing here so much.
I sometimes think these birds (and white cockatoos) need a bit of a cull, but then again, so could the human race.
Autocontrast and slight resize are the only alterations here. Taken on a phone camera (really must stop doing that).
