They are actually, tentacles been seen so much it's like eh. But these, these white claws coming out of nowhere silently. Now that's more horror-esque.

I figured they were some sort of crab legs when I looked the concept this image was based on, at least based on the overall structure.

I just stopped by because I saw this on the popular deviation page and I wanted to say good job. I'm not sure if you intended to kick people's thalassaphobia into overdrive or not, but boy did this one. It's very nice but I am horrified and scared for my life now. I am never going into water again, nope.

Wow, I cannot get over how awesome everything in this looks. The beach looks beautiful with the lily pads and fallen trees, and it's contrasted so well with the deep creepy sea and monster. The detail and shading put into this is also reallyΒ impressive!Β

Don't forget it's also all 3D! There's 196 lilypads I had to model one by one.
