The impatient rumble of thunder sounded from over Toad’s head. How hasn't it started to rain yet? Toad held onto Des’ reins tightly as a heavy gust of wind hit the trio, causing Domino to fall back onto Toad’s lap; her hat was lost into the desert. Flick.
“This is why I didn't want to bring you along, lil guy.” She murmured. The little beeb stubbornly stared back, and hopped onto Toad’s head. She was set on her goal, and wouldn't return without a sageistro’s head. Any wyngrew looking to adopt a wyngling couldn't resist someone brave and strong enough to do that..
“Toad!! TOOOAAAD!!”
Shocked, the green wyngro tugged at des, signaling her to stop.
“Holy chii..” She looked over to see 4 fellow notch wynglings. How had they managed to follow her out of town??? “Wh-”
“You’re in big trouble!! Everyone’s worried sick about where you've gone, and when Tal’baa finds out, ohooho.. You don't even wanna know!” Vera cut her off. Toad didn't care too much about whatever punishments Tal’baa had for her. Tal’baa thought she was a lost cause.
“And you're out here because..?” She replied coolly. Surely a quadret of wynglings weren’t sent after her??
“We wanna go on a cool adventure too!!” Strix blurted.
“You can't have all the glory.” Dandelion added. Vera hissed at the both of them.
“I tried to stop these three idiots from following,” Vera sneered. “I’m just making sure they come back home safely.”
Toad smirked, pulling Des to a stop and leaning over.

“So we're all playing hero now, eh?”
