A good portrait with sharp details, I like the mood you captured. One mistake I have to mention is the (in my opinion) incorrect composition. If I were you i would have turn the camera to the left so the head is pointing towards a wider empty space. In your case the empty space has no point, it misleads the viewer's eyes, and the comp. is too narrow on the left. In most cases it's wise to leave more empty space where the subject looking/moving to, and less on the other side (maybe with the rule of thirds, but not necessarily).
Just a little suggestion, but I hope it will help your work in the future. And sorry for my poor English, I hope my explanation was clear though.
