Description
Since I actually remembered to time myself, this took ~2.5 hours and is vectored all on a single layer (like 95% of my stuff) except for the background.
Will I be doing others? Maybe. Once I finish the fillies and something else I have to do. If you couldn't tell, I really like the Rainbow Power designs.
