I had alot of fun playing with the different aspects of Photoshop. Yes I got happy with the sparkle button...hee hee! But I did do some re-drawing of the characters...

Chibi-Usa is given her Princess Powers on the Sea of Selenity on the moon. The combined energies of her mother and grandmother create a new future ruler for the Moon Kingdom rebuilt on Earth. United Moon Power!
