Description

Now that I've finalized Spartella's design, I went ahead and finalized the reference sheet that I've had sketched out for since a while ago (since she was still a pegasus).

Name: Spartella

Gender: Female

Species: Peryton, planet Dobukyu

Homeland: Thunderclap Island

Weapons/Abilities: Flight, Energy spear that purifies demons (can be blocked by physical matter) and emits heat from the tip. Energy shield that blocks hell fire, ancient military experience.

Bio:

Spartella had proven her loyalty to her queen, Stormeye I, when she fell in battle millenia ago, protecting the very talisman containing her soul from demons escaped from Hell. She even refused to move on to the afterlife, but instead enter the talisman, the Bane of Sorrow, and use its power to protect her queen, using her fighting aura.

After many ages have passed, under Spartella's protection, Queen Stormeye could charge enough of her own spiritual energy to cast a spell that would give Spar a new body. However, due to the deal that had to be made with Death to make the spell possible, it could only be cast once, the user of the new body has to continue the battle against demons, and just to make sure Death wasn't going soft, the user had to come back as a child.

With the help of Stormeye's Fighting Body Spell, cast from within the Bane of Sorrow, Spar can re-assume her adult form with a suit of armor for as long as Stormeye can maintain the spell. Stormeye can also use her Armaments of Light Spell to give Spartella a spear and shield to use against the demons, which reduces the time of the transformation, but gives her an upper hand against the soldiers of Hell.

When she's not kicking demon butt, Spar sees the new world around her with wide eyes and especially enjoys eating the many kinds of food, drink and snacks from all around. She can be a little bit of a tease and a goofball, but she's very affectionate towards her new friends. Her friends love her back, despite her spiteful feelings to those who give in to temptation and team up with the demons. She can be spiteful to even those who haven't, but
