Speed Sculpt of the day: Smaug.I know, that one already was done by Weta Digital in Mudbox inclusive. But I am a really fan of Smaug,(and of the Moria's Balrog too), and is the 1st time I try to do a dragon.
So, I tough: "If I'm going to do a dragon, why not do one that is famous?"
Done in Mudbox 2018.2 entirely with Dynamic Tessellation, starting with an cylinder.
And it is a new record for me with the DT: 12 million polys total.Near 6 hours of not constant work due some personal problems to be focused on it.
Probably tomorrow the timelpse sculpt video will be available in my youtube channel.
