Description
Fireball:
- Started off with a "water drop" in a separate layer, applied bits of flame onto it, gradually separating them bit by bit in each frame
- Fireball gradually slows down, roughly half speed each frame
- Separated pieces of flame keep shrinking, slightly moving in the direction of the fireball
Explosion:
- Rapidly expanding star, tips becoming more blunt, constant rotation
- Rapidly expanding circle with rough lining, support layer has circles in it to show seams along which to separate "pieces"
- Pieces keep gradually shrinking while moving away from the explosion center, again, half speed each frame
This is like my second time animating, i've made these notes in hopes that others might find them useful.
