Karin and I visited the Getty Center Museum in Los Angeles as our last destination for "tourist-y" things to do in LA. We also planned to go to the La Brea Tarpits, but still haven't gone as of yet. I wanted to go to the Getty Center both to check out and photograph some macro shots of some art, as well as taking photos outside on the grounds of the Getty Center, which sits up on top of a hill, and has great views of the LA skyline, as well as just being a good vantage point for shooting portraits, with the height of the building in relation to the angle of the sun setting.

Later in the year, when I'd play Grand Theft Auto V, I'd find that they basically re-created the Getty Center in "Los Santos" under a different name, but the architecture and layout of the building was basically the same. It was interesting to play in a virtual space in an area that I'd actually been in and took photos at.
