Description
This is Hit from Dragon Ball Super. He's known as Universe 6's greatest assassin and possesses some of the rarest and deadliest skills in the known multiverse - Tokitobashi (Time-Skip). This technique is used to 'pocket time' to allow for a short 'skip' ahead of time. It can range from .1 seconds to .5 seconds. It also can progress into freezing an incredibly fast opponent while within the technique.
This move was seen to being on par with Super Saiyan Blue Goku's x10 Kaio-ken.

-Notes-
This forced me to take some risks with melding shading and colors together. The colors came out spot-on and I earnestly love how this came out. *I know one of his arms are shorter...but don't judge, I noticed way too late to fix it.*
