I used to do this in school to my friends because I was the only one who could imitate it. (Thanks to spending hours watching the fourth Harry Potter) It's hell of a lot of fun to do to people during class though.
Ah...way back when people were wearing Griffindor and Slytherin colors and fighting over it, and not wearing sparkle and weird t-shirts with their "Team" on it. I miss the harry potter fan days.
