Finally made myself some naked Sangheili. From left to right:Generic Male/Ordho, Soldier Female/Dena, Civilian Female.
Making them wasn't too hard to be honest. Used Halo 3's Elite as a reference for all the proportions. Once the base models was done, sculpting took around 2 hours at most. That being said, they're not really 'demo-reel' quality, just something I did for fun.
I used Sculptris 6 to make this. It's actually a completely free sculpting software released by Pixologic, the people who brought you Z-brush. [link]

If you're looking for a more defined look for the muscles, the pinch and inflate tools can work wonders.
