Description
And then all the teen boys and each one of the menFelt his face go as dark as the shade in the glen,
All expressing how dismal their lives would be then
If they ain't never ticklin no barefeet again;
If they had to abandon their newly-loved treat
And they never again could display naked feet,
They all thought of the fate that their tootsies would meet
As their shoes all confined them to darkness and heat;
But I knew as I silently wiggled my toes
That a door had been opened they couldn't just close
And I watched as a sea of resistance then rose
They were bound and determined to do as they chose;
Then it spread through them all once the thought had begun
And it quickly took hold with the weight of a ton,
Why give up all their barefootin ticklefeet fun
And admit that the Dean of Decorum had won;
But the more that this struck them as wicked unfair
A decision to fight was all over the square,
As a big-footed spokesman rose up with an air
Of resounding command as we heard him declare;
"So you've gotten a writ and it surely is true
But there's nothing to stop us imprisoning you,
And I don't see a single d* thing you could do
If we pulled off your shoes and feet-tickled you too;"
Then the Dean simply gave him a look of surprise
That the law should be flouted by one who defies,
While I noticed a look of resolve in his eyes
As he calmly replied, "I hope nobody tries;
For it's one thing to get so absorbed in your play
That you fail in your duties attending the day,
But if you break the law now, then all I can say
Is it's quite a sure sign that you've all lost your way;"
"You can say what you like but that won't make it so
You just can't take away all our freedom, you know,
Now our barefootin foot-tickling's starting to grow
And we love it so much that we won't let you go;"
