"Exchange thoughts with the Dean?" I thought back with surprise
"Why, that's bound to be nothing but helpful and wise,
I'm convinced I can help him to open his eyes
And I'm sure I can handle whatever he tries;
But first, can you tell me just how this is going
Without hearing laughter it's hard to be knowing,
Their passion for feet-tickles seems to be growing
And look at the line their hot barefeet are showing;"
Said the Guardian Angel, "Thus far it's quite true
Not a soul in the twon wants to put on a shoe,
For this heavenly tickling has filled them right through
And they can't wait to watch when the Feathers reach you;"

"So they ARE true barefooters," I thought with a glow
"I was sure that they were but it's still good to know,
When they tickled my tootsies, I felt it was so
And when my turn arrives, they'll be loving the show;
With the Dean here, my progress has been a bit slow
For he instantly proved quite the worthiest foe,
But upon your arrival, I had him laid low
And it's more than his shoes that he's ready to throw;
If each dude in the town is a barefootin bro
And could tickle my barefeet as good as a pro,
Then the Dean's inner struggle is certain to grow
And the knowledge of that gets me revved up to go;"

"But before I converse with the thoughts of the Dean
I've a question on something I ought to have seen,
Now you've read all my thoughts, so I won't play the clown
May I ask if you're barefootin under your gown?"
Then the Angel replied, as if setting a task
"I'm a little surprised you took this long to ask,
I'll just say, since your question admits of a doubt
That's for angels to know, and for you to find out;
Keep your mind on the Dean, and then what you may learn
When the Feathers of Truth give you YOUR tickle turn,
But I have to admit you've a confident style"
And he gave me a wink and a radiant smile;
